By booking event floral with us and/or sending your flowers to us for perservation, you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions below:
Event Floral
At Honestly Divine Creations, we are your one-stop-shop for beautiful floral arrangements and personalized gifts. We understand that timely delivery of your floral arrangements is crucial for your special occasion. Our reliable team ensures that your floral arrangements arrive at the venue on time and in perfect condition. Our team is passionate about designing unique and memorable experiences for our clients. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to hold the date. The remainder is due at least 30 days prior to the date. If the event is canceled within 60 days of the wedding date, no refunds will be given.
Wedding Party Gifts
Your bridal party deserves the best, and we have the perfect gifts to show your appreciation. Our personalized flasks, tumblers, cosmetic bags, and bridal party T-shirts are the perfect way to thank your attendants for being a part of your special day. Choose from a variety of designs and customize your gifts to make them unique to your wedding. Shop now and make your wedding unforgettable! We understand that every gift is unique, and we take pride in designing products that cater to your specific needs. We're committed to ensuring that all our personalized gifts are shipped within 2-3 weeks. Floral Preservation
While we will always do our utmost to preserve your flowers to our highest standard possible, we do not take responsibility for any poor results due to the age, condition, variety, and color of your flowers upon delivery to us. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are fully aware of the results to expect from the preservation of your flowers. There will be a degree of artistic interpretation to our work which we reserve the right to make. This may mean that not every flower is included in your display. Any extra flowers will be discarded. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about this. Once your flowers have arrived, it can take up to 3-4 months to complete the preservation process. Please note, we currently only accept local drop-offs and pick-ups. The only exceptions may be made by emailing us at honestlydivinecreations@gmail.com.

We take pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your floral arrangements and floral preservation. We will do our best to resolve any issues. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on floral arrangements or floral preservation, as all orders placed are unique and handmade to suit each customer. At Honestly Divine Creations, we are passionate about creating personalized gifts that are truly special. Our products are meant to bring joy and delight to everyone who receives them. We take great care in crafting each item with love and attention to detail, ensuring that the final product is something that you'll cherish for years to come. Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
